For JomPlan.co, Outsourcee helped shape a structured solution that brings together AI workflows, executive visibility, operational memory, and scalable systems design. The goal was to create a practical operating model that supports better execution, clearer oversight, and stronger decision-making.
Decoupled Repository Architecture
The solution is split across three isolated repositories: the live Jom-Plan production app, the JP-Workforce automation environment, and the private JomPlan-WarRoom dashboard. This structure protects production while still giving the AI layer deep operational awareness.
Department-Based AI Workforce
The AI workforce operates as independent department heads across Engineering, Marketing, and Sales. Each function runs through its own workflows, automations, credentials, and reporting structure, allowing specialized execution without mixing responsibilities or access.
Synthetic CEO Layer
At the center of the system is a Synthetic CEO powered by Gemini, designed to operate with executive memory, product context, and live codebase awareness. It synthesizes logs, meetings, and source-level context into high-quality strategic recommendations and reviews.
Central Memory Banks
Google Sheets acts as the system’s lightweight database and control layer. It stores user data, C-Suite logs, CEO minutes, marketing execution tracking, and sales CRM records, creating a centralized memory structure for both execution and strategic review.
Executive War Room Dashboard
Built on Streamlit, the War Room serves as the founder’s executive command center. It brings together historical logs, memory banks, live operational context, and strategic reporting into one interface designed for visibility, interrogation, and control.
Dynamic Workflow Dispatching
The founder can actively trigger department workflows from the dashboard itself. Commands are parsed by the system and routed into GitHub Actions, allowing real-time dispatch of audits, reviews, and execution tasks across the AI workforce.
